Terms of Use

1. General Provisions

SIA NordF, registration number 50203736551, VAT number LV50203736551, registered address Vesetas iela 24-45, Riga, LV-1013, Latvia, hereinafter the online store, provides the content available on the Zelez Bottle website and sells goods in accordance with these Terms of Use. If a consumer purchases goods through the website, this agreement is considered a distance contract and is governed by Latvian law.

2. Making Purchases

The prices and specifications of goods sold in the online store are shown next to the products. To place an order, add the selected products to the cart, fill in the required fields, choose a delivery method, and make payment. The total order cost, including delivery and applicable taxes, is shown before order confirmation.

3. Payment Terms

The settlement currency on the website is euro. Purchases can be paid for using payment methods provided by the MakeCommerce payment platform, including bank payments and Visa/Mastercard card payments. When using online banking, after confirming the payment, click the button to return to the merchant. Personal data required for payments is transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.

4. Delivery Terms

Goods are delivered to Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia using parcel-machine, courier, or other delivery partners available at checkout. Delivery costs are shown before order confirmation; where free delivery is stated on the website, it applies according to the order terms. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivery usually takes 2-5 business days. In exceptional cases, goods may be dispatched within up to 45 calendar days, with the customer informed.

5. Right of Withdrawal

A buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the goods may be used only to inspect them while preserving their quality and safety. Withdrawal may be submitted by writing to support@zelezbottle.com within 14 days after receiving the goods.

6. Returns and Refunds

The buyer bears the return costs, except where the goods do not correspond to the order, for example where an incorrect or damaged product was delivered. The buyer must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal notice. After receiving the goods, the online store refunds payments received from the buyer no later than within 14 days, unless there is a lawful basis to withhold the refund until the goods or proof of return are received.

7. Non-Conforming Goods

The online store is responsible for non-conformity of goods sold to the buyer in accordance with applicable law. The buyer must notify the seller of non-conformity within a reasonable time after discovering it by writing to support@zelezbottle.com. If the goods have defects for which the seller is responsible, the buyer may request repair, replacement, or another remedy provided by law.

8. Personal Data Processing

The online store processes only the personal data submitted by the buyer for placing an order, such as name, surname, email, telephone number, delivery address, and transaction data. Personal data is transferred to delivery and payment service providers to the extent necessary to fulfil the order. More information is available in the Privacy Policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

For matters not covered by these terms, the buyer and seller comply with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes are first resolved through mutual negotiations or correspondence. If no agreement is reached, the dispute may be submitted to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre, a court of the Republic of Latvia, or the European Union online dispute resolution platform.
