Delivery is available in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. Delivery is free for orders of two or more bottles; single-bottle delivery prices are shown at checkout. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Typical delivery is 2-5 business days depending on your country; you'll receive tracking by email once your bottle ships.

Pricing & VAT

VAT is calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery country, in line with EU rules.

Returns

Changed your mind? You may return an unused bottle in its original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price - matching the statutory EU consumer right of withdrawal.

Warranty

Every Zelez Bottle is covered against manufacturing defects. If something's wrong with your bottle, get in touch and we'll make it right.
